All sounds on this site are considered to be in the public domain and it is intended to be purely for entertainment purposes only, I have not set up the facility to download, this is to avoid infringing any copyright laws. All sound clips are format shifted back up copies of members files stored for time shifted playback. If you do not own the original recording it is illegal to download and store any files obtained from this site and they should be removed from your system within 24 hours. If you feel that you own copyright on any recordings on this site and would like them removed please contact me and I will be happy to discuss it. Please bear in mind that exposure creates demand.
cd's: This service does not constitute piracy. You are allowed to own backup copies of any original albums that you have. By ordering backups from me, you are assuring me that you already own the original. If at some later date it appears that you do not own the original that you claimed to own, I will accept no responsibility legally or otherwise of you owning these backups. If at a later date you decide to pass your original copy on to someone else then you must either pass on the backup copy as well or destroy it. You can however buy a backup without owning the original if it is for evaluation purposes, but you are required by law to destroy it after 24 hours if you do not buy the original.
